The infamous monster crocodile “Brutus” of the Adelaide River found a tasty treat just before a tour boat drove by in Australia.
It was Andrew Paice who took these amazing images of the massive saltwater crocodile feasting on a smaller bull shark.
It’s not as uncommon as one would think for saltwater crocodiles to eat bull sharks.
Bull sharks are often found swimming into fresh water rivers connected to the ocean in search of food and they can sometimes get stuck in the shallower river banks which makes them easy pickings for larger predators.
Sharks and crocodiles are both fearsome predators, but who would win in a fight if you took the biggest baddest of all living sharks and put it up against the biggest baddest living saltwater crocodile?
Both of them can grow to be over 20 feet long and have their advantages in a fight.

Giant One-Armed Crocodile - Brutus

The giant camel spider, one of the worlds biggest spiders, lives in desert environments and comes from the Solifugae order of animals in the arachnid class.
Arachnids are joint-legged invertebrates that have eight legs and comprises over 100,000 named species including spiders, scorpions and ticks.
Also known as wind scorpions, and sun spiders, the Giant Camel Spiders are angry looking and imposing in size with some species growing up to 12 inches in length is non-venomous.
However, with its powerful jaws, it is capable of inflicting an extremely painful bite!

Meet the Camel Spider

Their bizarre appearance can be startling to some, making them the subject of many urban legends including a 2004 email hoax with the infamous picture of soldiers in Iraq holding two fighting camel spiders.
Wind_scorpion
They live in warm and arid habitats, and are omnivorous, primarily feeding on ground dwelling arthropods such as darkling beetles and termites.

But they have also been known to feed on snakes, rodents and as seen in this video, small lizards.
The male camel spider flings the female on his back to transfer sperm and fertilize the eggs. The female then lays up to 200 eggs, typically only producing one brood of offspring a year.
Compared to other invertebrates, the camel spider is fast on land with a top speed estimated at 10mph, approximately 1/3 as the fastest human sprinter.
Although relatively harmless, I would still not like to cross paths with this beast straight out of a 50’s b-horror movie.

Mysterious remains of giant human skeletons unearthed. Is Nephilim real? These discoveries are always the same, the skeletal remains of some giant bones were dug up and a photo with someone standing next to what appears to be an unbelievably large human skeleton.
Skeptics immediately dismiss all of these as just being fake, just another hoax. As some of the photos have been revealed as just that…a cleverly photo-shopped fake image.
Can they all be hoax’s or have giant humans ever existed?
Since the late 1800’s there have been countless newspaper articles reporting discoveries of giant human remains being found all over the world.
  • Giant-skeletons-unearthed-remains-discovered18 strange skeletons found Wisconsin
  • Giant Skull dug up in San Antonio Texas
  • Giant bones found in NY
As well as similar findings in Austin, Texas, Los Angeles, Boston and the list goes on.
So if any of these were real… then why aren’t there any of these fossils in museums?
This is when things get interesting as some people claim that the conspiracy lies not in the giants skeletons discovered, but in their cover ups.
If giant humans once existed, would that Discredit the theory of evolution?
And if any of these giant skeletons are indeed real, is that proof of the Nephilim, an ancient race of people like Hercules believed to be the son of gods.
As numerous comments claim that the bones given to the Smithsonian were all “mysteriously lost” before they could be put on display.
Is any credit to these claims or are the existence of giants in history just a myth?

Middle Island, a picturesque outcrop located off the coast of southern Victoria in Australia, is home to a colony of the world’s smallest penguins. Originally known as fairy penguins, these adorable little birds are no taller than a foot and weigh only about 1kg. There used to be hundreds of them at one point, but their population dwindled as they were hunted by foxes. That is, until a chicken farmer came up with an ingenious solution to use dogs as bodyguards for the penguins.
The problem was first noticed in the year 2000, when the sea’s natural current led to increased sand-build up, encouraging a growth in the fox population. The island is uninhabited by humans, and separated from the mainland by a 30-meter stretch of water. So at low tide, it’s easy for the foxes to cross from the mainland and reach the island, and hunt the adorable penguins.
Soon, the fairy penguin population started dwindling to the point where they were in danger of being completely wiped out “We went from a point where we had about 800 penguins down to where we could only find four,” said Peter Abbott from the Penguin Preservation Project. “In our biggest bird kill, we found 360 birds killed over about two nights. Foxes are thrill killers. They’ll kill anything they can find. The colony really was on its last legs and just one more fox attack would’ve finished it off.”

The kind owners of a cafe in Greece are making headlines for their extraordinary generosity towards dogs. ‘Hot Spot’, located in Mytilene, on the island of Lesbos, serves as a coffee place during the day and doubles up as a shelter for dogs at night!

Kindness towards animals is apparently quite common among the Greeks, but the generosity displayed by the management of Hot Spot is being hailed as unprecedented, even by local standards. They began their practice of letting strays spend the night indoors in July, when a waiter took pity on a dog that was stranded outside at around 3 am. Since then, they’ve been opening their doors to the dogs every single night.

LOVE SPEAK

A caged Siberia tiger has surprised the staff at Primorsky Safari Park, near Vladivostok, Russia, after befriending a goat that had been offered to him as live food. That was months ago, and even though everyone thought the friendship wouldn’t last long, the two are still inseparable.
Up until late November 2015, 3-year-old Amur, one of the last remaining Siberian tigers, had never shown any sign of compassion for the live food, caretakers at Primorsky Safari Park offered him twice a week. He would usually pounce on scared rabbits and goats and kill them with a swift stroke of his paw. But something was different about the goat that was thrown into his enclosure last November. Apparently, no one had taught the goat to be afraid of tigers, so he didn’t just up and run at the sight of Amur. He just stood his ground, which confused the giant feline, who didn’t attack it as he normally did other live prey.
“The tiger was confused and gave up,” explained Dmitry Mezentsev, head of the park. “It happened once before, another goat pushed back and the tiger decided not to eat him, but once he showed weakness—that was it—his predator killed him. The situation now is different and the animals are great friends.”

Everybody loves a good massage, but this snake massage at the Cebu City Zoo in Philippines is really something else. It involves 15 minutes of hardcore action, with four enormous Burmese pythons slithering all over brave participants.
According to zoo manager Giovanni Romarate, the free massages are a part of a new theme that encourages visitors to interact more with the animals. “We are going to change the zoo into an interactive one,” said Giovanni. “Everybody could have an experience and have a chance to hold and pet some of the animals here, including the snake massage that we newly introduced.”
The four snakes – Walter, EJ, Daniel and Michelle – are fed about 10 chickens each before the massage to avoid last minute hunger pangs. Obviously, the zoo authorities don’t want the reptiles snacking on their clients. The participants are given a set of safety instructions as well. According to tourist Ian Maclean, “They tell you not to blow air on the snake, because this is like being pinched on the bum. You can’t shout for help as the snake can feel your vibrations and thinks you’re a prey or a predator, depending on the environment.”

The idea of using snakes as masseurs is, I must say, downright weird. I bet the four creatures have no idea what they’re being put up to. But the experience is perfect for daredevils who are always ready to try something new. Like this one tourist, who said: “It’s actually a good massage. They’re massaging my core and it’s not too heavy. Except for the snake trying to constrict my neck, it’s actually quite comfortable.”
